What we process
DomainPulse stores account email addresses, password hashes, session identifiers, workspace configuration, domains you save, scan results, incidents, changes and notification delivery history. Anonymous scans store the submitted domain and public diagnostic results.
Network diagnostics
The service queries publicly reachable DNS, SMTP and HTTPS infrastructure. It does not request mailbox passwords or access private mail content.
Security and retention
Credentials are hashed or kept as server-side secrets. Plan retention controls historical monitoring data. Operational logs are retained only as needed for security and reliability.
Your choices
You may remove domains and notification channels or request account deletion through the Contact page. We do not sell personal data or use third-party advertising trackers.
